Internet Orders (Website)

1. Type in the quantity of each product that you wish to purchase on the shopping cart.
2. Click on the "Add to Basket" button.
3. The items selected will automatically be inserted onto your order form.
4. Use your Back button or links found in the left hand margin to continue to shop.
5. When done shopping click on the "Check Out" link located in the upper right hand corner of each page.
6. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards. 

Mail Orders

1. Print and complete the order form below.
2. Include your phone number for the billing address and the shipping address (No P.O. Boxes).
3. Include your email address -  we will send you a confirmation of your order.
4. Please allow 5-10 business days for checks to clear. Money orders are like cash and orders will ship within 1-2 days of their receipt.
