Shipping Information:

Most orders received before 12pm, Pacific Standard Time, will ship out that same day (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). If an item is not in stock at the time of your order we will email you and or call you to advise. All 'close out' items are limited stock items - you may want to email us first to confirm stock or call. Shipping options are shown once you've filled out the shipping information on the ordering screen. You can complete the shipping information without any obligation to purchase the information if you'd just like to see what your shipping options are.

UPS Ground can take up to 6 business days, but averages about 5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Sundays. A Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional $15 when combined with Next Day Air Service (in other words, the only way to get an item delivered on a Saturday is to order Next Day Air shipping for a Friday shipment and add $15 for the Saturday delivery). UPS will automatically email the tracking # to you once the item has been shipped - if you have email blocking set up, be sure to check your junk mail filter before calling or emailing us. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day and Christmas Day and New Year's Eve*.

Our Privacy Policy: You can shop SkyOptics.com with the assurance that we will never sell or provide your name, address, phone number, credit card # or email address to any other company for any reason. PERIOD. We request your email address at the time of your order to send you a receipt and/or tracking #. We ask for your phone number in case UPS is having difficulty with your order or if we need to contact you about your order.  

Typographical Errors & Misprints: All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or price misprints contained on our web site or in our printed ads.

Return Policy:
We offer a 15 day return policy on all purchases. If you wish to return your purchase, Email us at CustomerService@SkyOptics.com within 15 days of the delivery of your purchase. We will respond with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number (RA#). RA#'s will not be provided by telephone. Returns are not accepted past the 15 day time period - no exceptions. It is important that you inspect your order as soon at it arrives.

Customer agrees to pay return freight on all returns unless otherwise specifically agreed to by SkyOptics.com. Product must be in new condition with all paperwork and accessories. Returns should be sent back in the shipping box. Please include the factory box, instruction manual and all other items shipped with the product, including promo items, warranty cards, etc. Product must not be damaged or modified in any manner and must be in new/resalable condition. Please note: all returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. The brand packaging must also be in brand new condition with the UPC symbol intact. At a minimum, customer's return will be reduced by a shipping/handling fee (if you purchased a product with free shipping, your refund would be reduced by the value of the free shipping). It is also important to note that once a riflescope has been mounted, it cannot be returned for any reason (placing a scope in rings is considered mounted). Warranty issues need to be taken up with the manufacturer of the product directly. Products designated as 'Special Order' items cannot be returned for any reason.

*Because of the time and energy involved, all international orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the product has left our warehouse

Defective Items: In the unlikely event that the item you receive is found to be defective within 15 days of your receipt, we will waive any restock fee. A replacement will be sent at no charge. If the returned item is not found to be defective, it will be returned to you at your cost. If not found to be defective, but can be resold as new and the customer requests a refund, a 15% restock fee would apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.

**PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES FINAL ON PURCHASES OF MIRT (effective 2/5/2004) and EVP (effective 12/27/04). Each comes with a 5 year warranty from the manufacturer. If an order is canceled, after it has shipped, the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred by SkyOptics.com as well as a 15% restock fee.
 

International Shipping: Please click below for information on international orders and shipping outside of the USA. International Checkout, our international business partner, handles our shipments for most of our items. International Checkout will accept credit cards for international orders. International orders handled by us must be paid for in advance via wire transfer (additional $20 fee) or money order. SkyOptics.com does not accept international credit cards.
